1 General Terms & Conditions

7c77j (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online betting and gaming service provider. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all members ("you" or "member") using the 7c77j platform.

By registering on or using 7c77j, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the platform.

These terms and conditions are available in both English and Bangla. In the event of any dispute, the Bangla version shall prevail. 7c77j reserves the right to update these terms at any time and members will be notified of any changes in a timely manner.

2 Account Registration

A valid account is required to use 7c77j's services. You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. Providing false or incomplete information will result in account termination.

Information required at registration:

• Full Name (as per National ID)
• An active mobile number (linked to Mobile Pay/Nagad/Rocket)
• A valid email address
• Date of birth
• A strong password

Each mobile number and email address can only be used to create one account. If the same person registers multiple accounts, all accounts and their balances will be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account. Never share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact our support team immediately.

3 Age & Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to use 7c77j's services. Registration by anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited. If a minor's account is detected, it will be closed immediately and all balances will be forfeited.

The following individuals are not eligible to register on 7c77j:

• Anyone under the age of 18
• Individuals previously banned or excluded by 7c77j
• An individual who has opted for self-exclusion and whose exclusion period is currently active
• Residents of countries or regions where online betting is prohibited by law
• Immediate family members of 7c77j employees

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

7c77j supports deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposit rules:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200
• Maximum Deposit: ৳50,000/day (standard members) / ৳1,00,000/day (Platinum members)
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 2–5 minutes
• No additional charges on deposits
• Deposits must be made from your own mobile banking account only

Withdrawal rules:

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳300
• Maximum withdrawal: ৳30,000 per day
• Withdrawal Processing Time: 5–30 minutes
• Identity verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal
• The mobile number used for withdrawals must match the one used for deposits
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before bonus funds can be withdrawn

5 Bonuses & Promotions

7c77j offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which are clearly communicated at the time the bonus is issued. The general bonus policy is outlined below:

• Welcome Bonus: 100% of your first deposit, up to ৳2,000. Wagering requirement: 10x the bonus amount.
• Weekly Cashback: 10% of net losses. No wagering requirements.
• Referral Bonus: ৳500 per successful referral. Applicable after the referred member's first deposit.
• Loyalty Bonus: Monthly bonuses and rewards based on tier.

Important bonus terms:

• Only one bonus can be active at a time (cashback and referral bonuses are exceptions)
• Bonuses are valid for legitimate betting activities only
• Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all bonuses being cancelled
• 7c77j reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met

6 Betting Rules

All betting activity on 7c77j is governed by the rules below. Please make sure you fully understand the odds and rules before placing any bet.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled
• 7c77j is not liable for any bets that fail due to connectivity issues during live betting
• If a match is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded
• 7c77j reserves the right to void any bet where incorrect odds were displayed due to a technical error
• Placing large bets on the same outcome in a single match from multiple accounts will be considered syndicate betting
• Maximum payout: up to ৳5,00,000 from a single bet

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 7c77j and will result in permanent account closure:

• Fraud & Cheating: Gaining an unfair advantage through false identity, forged documents, or fraudulent means
• Money Laundering: Using the platform to launder illegal funds
• Syndicate Betting: Manipulating the betting system by coordinating across multiple accounts
• Bots & Automation: Using software or scripts to place automated bets
• Multiple Accounts: Operating multiple accounts on behalf of the same individual
• Bonus Abuse: Operating an account solely to take advantage of bonus offers
• Hacking & Cracking: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform's security systems
• Match Fixing: Placing bets with prior knowledge of a match's outcome

8 Account Closure

Account closure at the member's request:

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please withdraw all remaining balance before closing your account. Once closed, you will need to wait 30 days before reopening it.

Account closure by 7c77j:

• Immediate closure for breach of terms
• If evidence of fraud or deception is found
• Accounts may be declared inactive after a prolonged period of inactivity (12 months)
• If an inactive account holds a balance of more than ৳100, an email notification will be sent

9 Privacy & Security

Our privacy commitment in brief:

• Your personal information is never sold or shared with third parties
• All transactions are secured with SSL encryption
• Passwords are stored in encrypted form — they are not visible to 7c77j staff
• Enabling two-factor authentication is recommended for account security

10 Responsible Gaming

7c77j believes betting should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — never a problem. We support responsible gaming and have put in place a number of protective measures for our members.

• Daily / Weekly / Monthly limits: Set deposit and betting limits
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days
• Self-Exclusion: Self-exclude for a period of 1 month to 5 years
• Reality Check: Automatic alerts after a set period of time

11 Dispute Resolution

For any dispute, please contact our support team first. Most issues are resolved within 24 hours.

Dispute Resolution Steps:

• Step 1: Notify the support team via live chat or email (support@7c77j.net)
• Step 2: Collect your ticket number and keep proof of the transaction
• Step 3: If unresolved within 7 business days, the case will be escalated to the Escalation Team
• Step 4: The final decision will be made by 7c77j Management

7c77j's decisions are final and cannot be challenged. However, we always follow a fair and transparent process.

12 Changes to Terms

7c77j reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified via email or in-app notification at least 7 days in advance.

Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you will have the option to close your account.
